Some of the kitchen gear I have trialed or owned is firstly, what I couldn’t do without is a Turbo Oven.
Although there are more up market models, this still serves my purpose. Cheap to buy, cheap to run & easy to clean.
It only has a top element so the things like pizza which need a bottom element, it is not so good. I still cook my pizza with the Turbo Oven & have got used to the pale bottom.
As mentioned before, some rentals do not have great ovens, such is the case with my rental. Although the oven works, the gas flame goes down after a few minutes, and you have to keep turning the knob to get the flame up again. Too slow, I need to set & forget.
